I started my journey back in 2018 as a completely overweight kid with zero knowledge about fitness. Despite investing in expensive gyms and personal trainers, I spent a whole year chasing empty promises, falling into the trap of bland, unsustainable diets and endless supplement routines. By 2020, I had given up and reverted to a sedentary lifestyle, feeling ashamed and defeated.
But in 2021, during the height of the pandemic, my worries about my health hit hard. With gyms closed, I attempted self-guided workouts and diets, but I soon hit frustrating plateaus and faced side effects from crash diets and supplements. It was a rollercoaster of setbacks. If only I had found an approach tailored to my lifestyle, things would have been much simpler and faster.
